Delivery Information

All orders are delivered to UK addresses. Timescales vary depending on the product type.

Please note: Some orders may arrive in more than one delivery if you have purchased products of different types. You will not be charged extra for this.

How Delivery Works

We work with a network of trusted UK suppliers who fulfil orders directly to your door. This means your items are dispatched from a UK warehouse and you benefit from fast, domestic delivery without unnecessary handling.

For tracked deliveries, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Kerbside Deliveries

Heavier items such as paving slabs, garden structures, and bulk landscaping materials are delivered kerbside by a specialist carrier. This means the delivery will be made to the nearest accessible point at the boundary of your property. You may be contacted in advance to agree a suitable delivery date.

Delivery Restrictions

We deliver to mainland UK addresses only.
Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may require additional time — please allow up to 10 working days.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
